AiA2z.ai is operated by A2zNews.com, LLC ("we"), part of the Grande Web Network. This policy covers the AiA2z.ai website, the Morning Intel briefing service, our live demo, chat assistant, and phone line.

What we collect

Account & profile: your email address, profile name, and the topics, competitors, and feed URLs you give us to tune your briefing.
Service activity: issues generated for you, reports you order, sign-ins, and which issues you open — used to operate and improve your briefing.
Demo & chat: topics entered in the live demo and messages sent to the chat assistant (kept briefly for quality and abuse prevention; the chat transcript otherwise lives in your own browser).
Phone line: calls to our AI front desk are transcribed so the team can follow up on your message.
Technical: a session cookie when you sign in, and a hashed (not stored raw) IP for daily fair-use limits. We do not run advertising or tracking cookies on this site.

How we use it

To build and deliver your briefings, fulfill reports, respond to messages, protect the service from abuse, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell or rent your personal information.

Email practices

Every commercial email carries a one-click unsubscribe. Unsubscribing stops email to your address immediately and never deletes your account or archive. An address that has opted out is never silently re-subscribed — resuming requires your own click.

Service providers

We use Cloudflare (hosting and security), SMTP.com (email delivery), AI model providers that process content to build briefings, and — when paid plans launch — Stripe (payments; card details go to Stripe, never to us).

Retention & your rights

Your archive is kept while your account is active. You can request a copy or deletion of your data any time at [email protected] and we will act promptly.

Children

The service is for business use and not directed to children under 16.

Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date; material changes will be noted in your briefing email.
